So Behind! But I will not give up!

So last weekend, my 20 month old was super sick. On my 3 day weekend when I was going to get way ahead on word count. And I actually fell way behind. It was a crazy week. Croup and a double ear infection do not make for a happy baby. Also, report cards for my students were due this week, so there was not a lot of time for writing. I have managed to gain some lost ground and I am only about 3,000 words behind... Totally doable to catch up. My goal is to aim for an extra 2,000 words tomorrow, and an extra 200 every day for the rest of the week and I will be caught up by the weekend. Who knows.

In other news. The prologue is now available on the members page. Chapters 5 and 6 should be up tomorrow. And a random chapter from the middle of the book is already written because I decided to skip ahead and write the scene that inspired the whole thing.
